香港其實都唔係太多間食東北菜既餐廳,今日就去左大角咀既老掌櫃一嚐東北風味。我地一行三人叫左4樣野,有醉雞、雞絲粉皮、白菜豬肉餃、秘製杭州骨同埋蘋果拔絲。而我覺得最值得推介既係醉雞同雞絲粉皮呢兩個凍盤,首先呢間餐廳價錢真係無得輸,而份量同質素都有返咁尚下。另外醉雞做得十分出色,花雕酒嘅味入晒落隻雞度,而呢間餐廳嘅醉雞喺用雞髀位去做,所以包保食客食到雞最滑嘅部份。仲有雞絲粉皮亦喺我好喜歡嘅菜式嚟,麻醬嘅份量啱啱好唔會蓋過雞絲同青瓜嘅味;而其他菜式相對下就唔係太特別了。
