今晚又去 skw 開飯,skw 好多小店,小菜都好出色,今次去煮打打冷,成日都見到有人排隊,今日剛好有檯,感謝食神!首先要個真芝士拉絲蝦丸,食第一粒嗰陣時啲芝士熱到辣親個口,真係拉到絲,我二話不說,拍左4粒!滷水鵝片鵝翼好大碟頭,滷水好入味,鵝翼都好鬆軟,唔會硬實實咸蛋籠仔荷香蒸爆牙肉餅,肉餅好爽口,佢冇落豉油都好入味! 發現原來佢加左豬耳同海蜇落去打肉餅,唔怪得知咁鮮味咁爽口啦! 爆牙就係咁解!呢個送白飯一流,我見差唔多每檯都有點!蒜蓉牛油焗蜆,好 fushion,冇咗平時炒蜆個種鑊氣,不過蒜蓉同蜆更加混為一體,係一個不錯嘅新嘗試。都大碟頭,兩個人食都仲要打包走,適給一家人開飯。
