今次同朋友去咗灣仔食日本料理,呢間餐廳門面超grand,一睇就知高檔。今次去係食omakase $1288/位,但呢到最出名其實係食鐵板燒,下次有機會再嚟試吓先。前菜 先食胡麻豆腐,豆腐滑溜,胡麻香味喺口入面久久未散。凍南瓜湯上配有愛知縣蕃茄,蕃茄嘅酸甜味點綴咗濃濃嘅南瓜甜味,飲落似食緊甜品,味道又唔會漏。最後食蘋果醋蕃茄,蕃茄上鋪上金箔感覺好精緻,一咬落去係爆汁,超正。刺身3點 平時omakase嘅刺身3點都係一碟過,呢到係逐樣上,感覺認真。第一樣係雪場蟹,大大一碗,上面配有蟹膏麵豉,先食蟹肉感受鮮甜,再混和蟹膏,綿密嘅口感,食得好享受。 第二樣係鯖魚刺身,平時醋鯖魚就食得多,刺身真係第一次,刺身上有少量薑蔥末、微辣嘅四季紅、wasabi豉油,提味之餘唔會蓋過魚嘅鮮。第三樣係磯煮鮑魚,以昆布湯煮,食落清香彈牙,點埋碟上嘅海膽乾醬味道就更香濃。煮物 蓮藕饅頭入面包有明太子,不過我都係覺得偏淡味,其他材料有茄子、芋頭、蝦、薑苗,呢幾樣都煮得帶有湯嘅鮮甜,好食。壽司9點 目張魚 屬味淡嘅白身魚,油份中等,肉質夠嫩。愛魚女 喺香港比較少見嘅魚,脂肪含量高,入口感覺到好肥美。胡麻醬醃油甘魚 超
