元朗食店雖然非常之多, 但數到潮州打冷來來去去都只是坐於街頭的的風味小店, 環境當然亦較為地踎, 腸胃不算太好的, 真叫人卻步。隨著新元中翻新改名變成Yoho Mall後, 開了不少新食店, 其中一員就是老字號百樂集團旗下的潮州酒樓。摩登新穎的裝潢行走中國風, 大紅燈籠高高掛非常搶眼, 傑作竟是出自日本設計師的手筆, 細節地方也顯示了日本人一絲不苟的作風。時間尚早, 食客未算多, 坐得舒服。一開始當然少不了的潮州菜特色 - 功夫茶。 茶味甘醇, 是叫醒味蕾享受美食的開始。 還有前菜: 鹹酸菜, 鹹香清爽, 是潮州菜的基礎。潮州白烚凍花蟹 $2040稱得上是潮州菜代表之一, 夏天吃凍花蟹是最好不過。 差不多有斤半重的花蟹, 份量十足, 肥美而顏色鮮明, 店員等我們拍照後, 為我們分件。蟹殼半開了的蟹鉗下, 蟹肉很豐滿地呈現, 每口盡是蟹肉, 肉質飽滿紮實, 味道鮮甜, 非常美味, 沾上蟹醋, 令蟹肉更提升層次, 突顯鮮甜。蟹腳內的蟹肉亦不遑多讓, 花蟹肉可不少呢, 水準之作, 非常滿足!滷水鵝片 $188鵝片是潮州菜的名物, 簡直是我的最愛! 鵝肉切成薄片層層疊放著帶獨有的羶香, 每口都
