很久沒有歎一盅兩件,是日中午來到文華廳。印象中,我們跟這個地方似乎一直無緣,要不就是滿座無法訂位,要不就是訂了卻臨時不能來,所以今日蠻期待的。文華廳的佈置古色古香,大廳天花造成屋樑的模樣,樓底不高,餐廳面積也不算很寬敞,不過一盞盞吊起來的燈籠和一眾古董傢俱令整體裝潢別具風味。特別是長方形的大玻璃,四邊被古典窗欞包圍,可遠眺灣仔會展等地標建築物。紅色的地氈圖案彷如古石刻花紋,跟紅色檯布形成一種喜慶的氛圍。甫坐下,店員便詢問我們會否感覺很冷,這讓我想起前幾天在中環某餐廳用膳,隣座客人冷得要死但店員卻有點愛莫能助的情境。不一會,店員已經把茶端來並放在一旁,茶壺的底部用燭台溫熱着,這不是什麼新鮮事。倒是茶壺明明是放在客人伸手不及的距離,店員卻永遠是最適時地幫忙斟茶,完全不勞客人動手,妙得很。這兒中式點心的選擇不太多,大約只有十二款,價錢由$88~$208不等。例牌先來一籠蝦餃,雖然蒸出來是熱騰騰的,但賣相還是乾爽靚仔,沒有黏黏糊糊的感覺,不過相對的,餃皮比較結實。內餡蝦仁挺有份量,混了清新的筍粒,如果餡料可以再濕潤一點會更好。金柚帶子酥是店員推介的新菜式之一,單看外表的話,那皺皺的外皮讓人以為
