五小碟中最好味係:醉雞、牛肉、海蜇、同燻蛋(仲係雙黄的、很少見);沙鍋雲吞雞:雞湯香濃、雲吞嫩滑;方塊札肉:食材新鮮、醬料不太肥和甜,適合現代;釀蟹蓋是我食過之中最好的,無論蟹肉和烹調都是;清炒蝦仁和青豆一齊煮,是清新和鮮味的新配搭;上海小籠包無得輸,唯一就係皮薄筷子夾唔倒,要用匙托住才可以嘗到小籠包的肉味和湯味;火腿雜菌煮干,充滿鮮鹹味又有益;松子魚用的松子係靚松子,粒粒飽滿有味,魚肉紮實,酸甜醬煮得岩岩好,不會太酸或太甜;酒釀丸子香、甜、丸子易咬,令到杏仁茶味道變得較淡交;紅棗糕香、不太甜、容易咀嚼不痴牙,很好。
