「炭火 dinning 炎」佈置如高級日式料理店,入口設置日式花園,店內木系暖色,客人三面圍著開放式廚桌,但事實上,是一間日式串燒店,優點在價錢不進取,晚上兩款套餐取價每位488或$688,分別在串燒項目的份量。服務態度友善,燒功不錯,全部恰到好處,特別喜歡吃雞,因為食材是德島的阿波尾雞,肉質堅實肥美。不過今次我們輕食及省點,吃了以下食品:關東大根天婦羅 $58以抹茶鹽調味。自家鮮雞湯 $32湯清味濃。北寄貝 $138清酒煮,鮮香味美。雞肝 $48非常粉糯,外層層煙韌薄皮。雞中翼 $58德島阿波尾雞翼,雞皮燒至脆卜卜,熱騰騰,水準之上。雞心元 $58細細粒,煙韌入味,口感豐富,唔似食內臟,我覺得比雞肝更好吃。雞肩肉 $54柚子胡椒調味,雞肉既厚亦有彈性,阿波尾雞的確上乘。黑毛和牛舌 $108厚切,口感極佳。豆腐 $48鮮炸後燒,非常出色。紫蘇豚肉卷 $46梅醬調味。雞頸大蔥 $48香氣撲鼻。白粟米 $42刻意燒至半熟,能保留更多汁,超甜。煙燻帆立貝 $88備長炭加熱,蘋果木煙燻,紫菜碎鋪面。禮貌及服務都唔錯,環境可以有儲物櫃放手袋外衣,一家值得重訪的小店。
