受到疫情的影響下,多間食肆都比較主張做外賣為主,連串燒居酒屋都做外賣仲有八折添,可能真的可以殺出一條血路,不過因為不能去旅行的我還是喜歡堂食,因為可以跟朋友把酒言歡,今次跟朋友開懷食返餐正宗日式居酒屋當係去了日本遊玩。頭盤蒜子蕃茄沙律(酸甜醒胃),再來Mokumoku 沙律(為邪惡的肉串前席墊一墊胃,感覺清新),七味燒魚翅(外脆內軟,魚味濃),汁燒豬肝(有別於一般的豬膶,味道甘甜和香),網油豬腦卷(第一次食豬腦,質感有點像豬腸,但油香味較重),日本青椒芝士豬肉卷(肉包菜,邪惡得來又新鮮),豬顎骨肉串和西班牙黑豚肩肉串(濃濃的豬肉香,配上新鮮檸檬汁和柚子胡椒非常夾,美味非常),雞翼串(雞翼控必點,外脆內裡充滿肉汁,好食),椰子雪糕作最後的甜品,濃郁的椰子味為口腔作最後的點綴。
