去過深水埗鍋居幾次,記得去年還有朋友在此搞生日飯局,因為太嘈吵,差點嚇跑了其他客人。原來這店已擴充了後街的單位,設置獨立貴賓房,私密度大増,今次再跟一班朋友來,就不怕騷擾到人了。吃火鍋,湯底好緊要。這次一邊是醉雞湯,另一邊是蕃茄菠蘿牛腩湯,我較喜歡後者,清甜得來又可吃到腍身的牛腩。這晚點了一些海鮮,有海蝦,仲有成隻手掌咁大條的蟶子,用來整肉餠?我未有人地咁識食,只懂焯熟就咁食,保持爽口滑滑。大大隻美國桶蠔,滾大約三分鐘就食得。不能不提的還有爆醬牛肉芝心丸、韭菜餃、鵝腸、本地手切牛肉、豚肉片、炸魚皮等。雖然是同樣的店,同樣的食物,同樣的朋友,但能夠聚在一起,打打邊爐,吃吃「花生」,已經好快樂了!
