今晚跟韓國的客人晚飯,眾所周知韓國人對食辣比我們香港人狂熱,所以幾經搜尋下,我決定要他嘗試一次充滿特中國特式的川味菜,進入食店已被充滿中國色彩的大紅長椅吸引,再配合埋中式的古箏音樂,連韓國客人都讚中國風濃厚。先黎一個美極黑木耳,香濃的麻油配上爽口的木耳,少少酸又帶甜,絕對係非常好的前菜。再黎一個帶麻辣味的蒜泥白肉,豬肉肥瘦均勻,蒜香味濃厚,配埋青瓜入口,口感豐富,韓藉客人也大讚惹味。終於到主角泡椒酸菜魚(大)出場,湯底起辣同酸中間,非常香濃香,而魚塊肉質嫩滑又有鮮味,去骨既魚肉,入口啖啖肉,令怕魚骨的我覺得好滿足。
