今次同朋友一行二人行開九龍城, 去左依間做川菜嘅餐廳-有口福,依間餐廳位處於衙前圍道,係一間大街地舖,一啲都唔難搵,行過一定見到, 依間餐廳的食物水準都幾高下,價錢亦都好合理夠大眾化! 食過之後我覺得有幾道菜做得特別好,想同大家分享下, 就係以下幾道菜.麻辣牛肉 $48依道麻辣牛肉係配上咗芝麻,芫茜,同埋青瓜. 牛肉切工很好,夠薄,牛肉夠味有咬口! 麻辣適中, 呢道菜佢唔會因為太辣食唔入口,亦唔會因為太麻令到個嘴有啲麻痺嘅感覺!油浸海鱸 $178千祈唔好俾呢道菜個名呃左,油浸海鱸-聽落去好似用好多油去浸條魚,但其實呢度菜係非常之好味,話就話有油, 但食落去完全唔覺不油膩,廚師應該係先用乾粉炸過條海鱸,所以條海鱸個皮係好脆!海鱸唔係好多肉嘅魚,但肉質好實,淨好鮮甜! 配合薑同蔥在加埋啲唔太鹹同唔太甜嘅豉油感覺恰到好處!生炒菜心 $52呢道菜廚師用左菜心,蒜頭,肉片去炒. 呢道菜做得好好,唔會太油亦唔覺得太鹹,菜心十分之新鮮爽口!脆椒雞軟骨 $88呢道菜係廚師嘅推介,十分之好食! 第一眼望落去個賣相好似好辣,但其實食落口就知道佢係啱啱好,唔係太食得辣嘅人都應該食到嘅! 呢道菜主要嘅用料分

千祈唔好俾呢道菜個名呃左,油浸海鱸-聽落去好似用好多油去浸條魚,但其實呢度菜係非常之好味,話就話有油, 但食落去完全唔覺不油膩,廚師應該係先用乾粉炸過條海鱸,所以條海鱸個皮係好脆!海鱸唔係好多肉嘅魚,但肉質好實,淨好鮮甜! 配合薑同蔥在加埋啲唔太鹹同唔太甜嘅豉油感覺恰到好處!

呢道菜係廚師嘅推介,十分之好食! 第一眼望落去個賣相好似好辣,但其實食落口就知道佢係啱啱好,唔係太食得辣嘅人都應該食到嘅! 呢道菜主要嘅用料分別有雞軟骨,芝麻,炒過嘅辣椒,花生等等. 啲雞軟骨係落咗乾粉炸過嘅,口感好正,外面脆裏面彈牙! 雖然話呢道菜又油炸,又油炒,但係一啲油膩嘅感覺都冇,亦唔會太鹹真係一個好好嘅享受!仲有好特別嘅一樣嘢,呢道菜嘅辣椒係食得嘅,個好口感好正,脆脆哋但唔辣口 !我建議大家食呢度菜嘅時候食一粒辣椒然後一粒花生再加一粒雞軟骨, 我覺得咁食係最好味!
總括來講,如果行開九龍城,又想食有品質嘅川菜,有口福真係一個好好既選擇!
