我是酸菜魚的fans, 因為在大陸食過酸菜魚之後成日在香港都想搵到個味道,所以周圍去搵周圍食,今日黎到九龍城e 間鋪頭,在環境同店的設計都冇乜好感(女人鐘意睇外表先😎)入到去只見工老闆娘同老闆忙於照顧客人,座位唔多,但枱枱都坐滿我就叫左酸菜魚同干鍋肥腸酸菜魚一上枱,聞到陣味同賣相都相當出色,識食一定飲下個湯先,個湯真係超好味,一飲啖我就同我男朋友講以後食酸菜魚一定要黎e 間, 夠酸夠味👍🏻魚的份量都好足,好滑,好嫩,我地加左萵筍,入面仲有d 薯粉,薯粉都夠林又入味,2個人食剛剛好👍🏻👍🏻接下來就係干鍋肥腸,我要讚的是佢地整得好乾淨,入面冇肥膏(我個人不喜歡)炒得好香口,咬落去有脆脆的感覺,非常好,下次可以的話一定叫多d 朋友黎幫襯

酸菜魚一上枱,聞到陣味同賣相都相當出色,識食一定飲下個湯先,個湯真係超好味,一飲啖我就同我男朋友講以後食酸菜魚一定要黎e 間, 夠酸夠味👍🏻魚的份量都好足,好滑,好嫩,我地加左萵筍,入面仲有d 薯粉,薯粉都夠林又入味,2個人食剛剛好👍🏻👍🏻

這年聖誕節要工作的我, 沒機會與朋友享受聖誕大餐, 但難得有朋友相約提早做聖誕. 就著大家都是住黃大仙區又愛吃辣, 選了這家之前來過於九龍城有提供四川菜式的小店. 這天來的比較早, 大約是6點多, 店子裡的客人不太多, 坐得較舒適. 本來想點烤魚或雞煲, 但朋友說不太餓, 反而想吃些川式涼菜, 小菜, 幸好這裡的菜式亦豐富. 尖椒皮蛋是朋友點的, 這裡用上的是黃皮蛋, 其實味道與黑皮蛋具別不大, 但感覺是平常皮蛋帶碱性的那種獨特味道較輕, 較易入口. 辣油的辣度不高但配上芝麻很香口. 點過了皮蛋, 但還是愛吃川式的涼拌前菜, 麻辣豬肚或豬耳都喜愛, 最後點了質感腍軟的豬肚. 整個辣油的味道及芝麻的香味與皮蛋一樣, 但豬肚的腍軟口感很好吃. 樟茶鴨是其中一道川菜類我喜歡的菜式, 這裡的鴨做出來煙燻味雖略有不足, 但鴨肉乾身而肉質鮮美, 也算做得不錯. 四季豆炒出來頗爽脆而油潤, 少許的辣度吃起來更惹味. 最後的主菜是辣子雞. 整碟炒出來雖然滿是辣椒乾, 其實辣度不會去到噴火的地步, 反而有點嫌辣度有點不足. 雞肉乾身略為入味, 伴上花生及辣椒乾特別覺得惹味. 買單的價格大約是300左右,

星期三放工需要叉電,跟同事到九龍城試川菜,剛路經小店,門外已經充滿川菜香味,於是衝了入店!二個人有卡位,無限時,坐得舒服天氣冷冷的所以吃明爐活魚!配料頗多,有二大頁選擇小店不但有明爐活魚、雞煲。仲有小菜,一次過很難選擇哦!諸葛烤活魚有幾種魚選擇,我們選了鯇魚半條,可以再加其他配菜上菜時,很驚訝,半條?!問店員是否上錯了一條魚給我們。確定這是半條.....太大吧,是四人份呀!薯粉是我必要的,一份很多,入口彈牙,濃濃的川菜風味,愛吃QQ的,必吃!鵝腸肥美,很香,美味個菜,又係份量超多,新鮮脆椒雞軟骨,香脆,乾身,送酒佳品嚮鈴是即炸,不用浸湯吃也很好吃!咬落去脆脆,浸湯吸滿湯的香辣雖然是小店,但服務也很貼心!讚

之前去過九龍城有口福食飯,覺得唔錯,所以決定同屋企人黎食飯。屋企人都話位置好方便,好容易搵到。我哋六點去到,唔係太多人好快就坐低左。有好多火鍋配料。首先點左個天地1號陳醋,酸酸地好開胃。我首先出場嘅係諸葛烤活魚,屋企人唔食得辣所以選擇咗香醬,烤鯇魚雖然得半條,但係都分量十足,入邊有大量牙菜同鮮腐皮,而且魚肉結實鮮甜。頂級手切肥牛,脂肪分布平均,肥瘦適中,而且肉質嫩滑。安格斯肥牛粒,脂肪雪花狀,入口即溶,肉嫩多汁。手打墨魚滑,肉質爽口彈牙,鮮味十足。黃金魚腐,表皮呈金黃色,咬落非常彈牙。油麥菜新鮮翠綠,萵筍片味道最特別,薯仔片好粉。響鈴香脆好有豆香味,而且唔肥膩。紅薯粉晶凝通透,放落湯度吸收左湯嘅精華,味道一流。

本來打算和久不出城的朋友吃雞煲,但經過見到烤魚給吸引了進去。我吃過無數次雞煲但就是沒試過烤魚。店內有雞煲有烤魚,滿足兩個願望燒魚有幾款選擇,我們選了少骨的鍘魚吃完後再打邊爐,最適合大胃王們聚會店內全是打邊爐加啤酒汽水好熱鬧,另可單點小菜牛肉,丸,餃,魷魚,海鮮,菜......麵,薯粉等等都有,我們決定吃了魚後再選佔了大半張餐桌的超大盤魚,上面鋪了芽菜,不喜歡的就挑走湯底下有腐皮魚中間切開了兩面平放,上枱即煮10分鐘。湯底可選麻辣,酸辣。大中小辣。我們選麻辣小辣等吃時先點個麻油豬耳,好久沒吃過這涼菜,有點咸,不過還是繼續不停吃魚切開了兩邊,熟得挺快。鰂魚沒有細骨啖啖肉,湯不會辣,下次可以點中辣會更痛快。朋友很餓,他快手就清掉半條魚後加,麻辣鍋必備蟹柳吸收豐富湯汁,美味萵筍不易變淋,爽口薯粉數量有限要吃早點下單,我們下了單後旁邊桌想點也沒了兩人份吃得好滿了
