比起齊陰oppa我更愛福山雅治; 比起倒模一字眉,我更愛日妝kawaii; 比起一首也記不起的Kpop, 我更愛聽得懂的Jpop; 比起泡菜韓食我更愛細膩講究的日食。 雖然近幾年韓流旋風式襲港, 掀起好多相關文化, 甚至韓式食店遍地開花, 但我惦念的是日本美食。 而希雲街有間以居酒屋型式出現的串燒小店 - Bilibala, 早已想拜訪, 於是星期五晚動身來個Happy Friday。 串燒店麻雀雖小, 座位不算多, 酒吧位一列的酒樽最為搶眼, 可以選擇靠窗而坐, 想更有氣氛當然是圍着吧檯。光顧的9成都是上班族, 邊吃邊喝, 談笑風生, 氣氛非常熾熱。 所有串燒都是即叫即燒, 可以從吧檯側邊的小窗戶窺探串燒的燒製情況。 菜單內的豬先生很可愛, 燒物中的牛豬雞當然少不了, 還有海鮮和野菜, 選擇都很多。吃串燒而離不開的酒精類更是不可缺少, 一整本的drink list任君選擇。 食串燒當然要豪邁喝啤酒, 日本牌子啤酒從來都是我的寵兒 - Asahi $68。 相比angel ring, 我更愛嘴唇與玻璃樽的接觸。 另外一杯菠蘿梳打 $50, 酸酸甜甜的味道, 開胃之餘,

車厘茄燒過後好多汁, 捲上帶脂肪香的煙肉, 煙肉的油脂滲透到車厘茄中, 同樣滋味好食, 鮮甜鹹香兼而有之, 這款幾乎也是必點的串燒。

雖然一串份量的小牛排不是很多, 顯得有點偏貴, 但那厚切的牛排肉質爽口彈牙, 燒得恰到好處, 牛味挺香, 醬料好入味, 不用蘸上其他醬汁已很惹味, 值得推介!

一串有三粒, 外層燒到金黃的雞肉, 表面灑了紫菜碎和調味, 很香口鬆軟。 咬開後內裡藏有隻鵪鶉蛋, 散發蛋黃香。 而另上的紫菜除免卻變潮的問題, 將親子燒包裹著吃, 多添份香脆可口。

驟眼看外表像切片的五花腩, 雞胸軟骨入口較柴口, 沒有像一般吃的雞軟骨般爽口, 味道偏淡, 要蘸上柚子汁來增加味道, 稍微遜色一點。

放棄平時最喜愛的燒粟米, 轉而叫了舞茸菇。 帶微微焦濃的賣相很吸引, 燒過後非常香濃, 菇很清新爽口, 而且保持水份, 蘸上柚子醬汁食更加好味, 推介。

燒到金黃的年糕很像一塊燒米餅。 年糕煙韌糯軟, 像麻糬的口感, 包裹著的芝士味香濃, 平易近人又好吃的料理, 雖然是飽腹之選, 美味程度想多來一串。

每次到日本旅行, 總要跑到便利店買個飯團來吃, 對日本飯團有著情意結, 所以也叫來一個燒的。 飯團表面燒至有飯焦, 令人很有驚喜, 簡單的灑上木魚碎和牛蒡漬物, 經已好食。 喜歡紫菜另上, 不會變腍, 熱烘烘的飯團真的很好味啊!
