放假和朋友去西灣河一日遊,晚上在這間餐廳吃晚餐。餐廳景色甚佳,可看到海景和對岸的建築物。店內的木裝潢和擺設如置身東南亞。晚上七時左右,店內已坐滿人。Watermelon Beach ($65),杯邊上扣上一片新鮮西瓜。飲品用了新鮮西瓜、新鮮香草和新鮮青檸汁。西瓜的沙甜和青檸汁混合,甜中帶微酸,偶有香草的味蕾刺激。Young Coconut ($58),清甜冰凍的椰青,一抵所有辣味和炎熱的夏天。椰青肉非常嫩滑,喝一口清甜的椰青水,不忘吃一口內裏鮮嫩香甜的椰青白肉。冬蔭功湯(海鮮)($118),冬蔭功湯濃度適中,味道微酸微辣,不會過份刺激。友人很喜歡這個湯的味道。用料足,半隻大蝦在冬蔭功湯內,還有帶子、青口和爽口大魷魚圈等。飛天通菜($98),即是辣炒通菜。通菜鮮嫩爽口,辣度適中,帶出蔬菜的鮮味。鑊氣足,拌飯吃非常惹味。份量足,適合二人吃。菠蘿海鮮炒飯($168),份量足,適合兩人分享。香甜的菠蘿粒配各類海鮮,內有爽口大魷魚圈。頂層的肉鬆和脆口果仁,蛋花均勻分佈在飯內。飯粒掛上醬汁和菠蘿的香甜,單吃或配菜類吃,都讓人胃口大開。我們都覺得這值得一吃。芒果糯米飯($98),另一款值得一吃的食物
