今次要講呢一間別具特色嘅燒肉店🤓由門口到場內都係充滿露營風格,無論一枱一櫈又或者係器具,都係好似置身係露營場合一樣⛺️非常之有新鮮感👍🏼食店嘅地方闊落,而且唔會焗住一陣味道,咁就可以好enjoy咁去享受呢一餐🔥雖然燒肉離不開都係嗰啲嘢,不過佢哋喺選擇方面同配搭都比較多🥩咁就可以因應個人口味去揀多啲唔同嘅嘢食😋🪐元祖岡山和牛柳配三椒牛油醬汁先要講就係呢個元祖級嘅岡山和牛柳🥩岡山和牛可以話係黑毛和牛嘅始祖,係必食之選👍🏼牛油雪花精緻均勻,就算厚切嘅肉質都一樣嫩滑,配上由黑胡椒、白胡椒同青胡椒製成嘅三椒牛油醬汁去燒🤩和牛除咗本身自帶嘅牛香味之外,仲多咗一層味道,令到整體嘅味道再多層次🤤呢個肉有師傅幫手去燒,確保係食到最完美嘅一面😋§🪐 A5宮崎和牛幻切沙巴當第二個要講嘅就係呢個和牛沙巴當😍比起啱先嘅和牛柳更加重油份,雪花更加重🫣一落爐後油份滲出,即刻就可以見到紅紅烈火🔥唔使燒咁耐,師傅話5成左右係最佳熟成度👍🏼入口即溶,滿口都係牛油香,肉味唔算十分重,加少少鹽吊一吊味會令到味道再出啲🤤§🪐 燒肉拼盤牛肋肉|牛舌|牛胸腹|豚肉燒|豚五花|雞腿肉由雞、牛、豬組成嘅呢一個拼盤🤩如果想主力食牛的話,
