週四晚約咗友人喺天后交收迷你兵兵貼紙,兩口子啤完兩輪歡樂時光後見有啲肚餓,所以就入咗去附近一家門面幾搞野o既「早安越南」度食咗少少野先各自返屋企。店子樓底高高,座位全為合併式散座,間隔開揚通爽。相距晚飯時候只有兩個鐘,二人就簡單分咗碗「火車頭湯河」同一客「越式特選細拼盤」。火車頭湯河($88):火車頭湯河個湯底香濃而不油膩,薄薄o既生牛肉片入口軟腍,牛丸又夠彈牙,河粉亦白滑軟潤,料中最必選超級爽脆o既牛柏葉,同腍中帶有韌度o既牛筋。越式特選細拼盤($88):細小食拼盤包有兩件蒸粉包、兩件香芧雞翼、兩件炸春卷、及兩件網絲春卷。蒸粉包伴上脆脆o既蒜片,再點埋秘汁食,味道就好惹味,不過個人只係略嫌層粉包皮微微厚咗少少。炸春卷香脆乾巧,餡心軟嫩味佳。拼盤中以鬆化輕巧o既網絲春卷最為出色。
