呢日喺東涌線徘徊,夜晚就決定去奧運站睇下有咩好嘢食~喺openrice搵到呢間金船長餐廳都有幾多好評,食物都好似幾好咁,就決定去試下喇佢間嘢係喺橫街度嘅,都唔算易搵,不過由地鐵站B出口出咗之後行大約8分鐘就去到架啦~去到個門口已經見到出面擺咗好多menu,好似有好多選擇咁而且玻璃窗上到痴咗好多雜誌嘅推薦,應該無揀錯!一入到去就已經見到佢特別嘅裝修~牆上面畫晒呢度特別嘅嘢食,天花板又吊住個魚網,入面有個救生圈,每檯又有個海上風嘅「蠟燭」,好有氣氛首先上嘅係我哋嗌嘅頭盤-金船長小食拼盤,每樣小食各三件~香草牛油焗青口:好香牛油味,配搭香草好襯~焗蜜糖雞翼:雞翼焗到個皮好脆,搽左蜜糖甜甜地,好有燒雞翼嘅feel炸魷魚圈 :好似炸得太勁,不過一啲都唔油膩~炸芝士豆腐:本身以為會係豆腐黎既,食落先知係魚蛋/墨魚丸果啲質感,入面有好多芝士,好正! 中間配咗個他他醬,好好味,咩嘢點落去食到係咁正,食到停唔到口第二個就上全店最出名嘅黑松露菌醬意式馬斯卡普芝士夾心比薩喇!我哋知道佢係呢間餐廳嘅得獎菜式,又見到其他人一定會嗌呢個,所以都叫咗一上已經聞到好香~而且店員好貼心咁提我哋有3個唔同嘅食法:- 就咁

我哋知道佢係呢間餐廳嘅得獎菜式,又見到其他人一定會嗌呢個,所以都叫咗
一上已經聞到好香~
而且店員好貼心咁提我哋有3個唔同嘅食法:
- 就咁食,感受黑松露同芝士嘅配搭,外脆內軟
- 加上自家製提子果醋,無咁漏同heavy
- 加上有機沙律菜同自家製提子果醋一齊食,再fresh啲

同埋好大份,飯又多,老虎蝦又大隻,仲有兩隻添!
老虎蝦煎得啱啱好,蝦頭入面仲有好多蝦膏
意大利飯用龍蝦汁整嘅,濕濕地咁,所以好飽肚~

BBQ汁係perfect match,係咁點嚟食
呢碟嘢仲有一個位我好鍾意嘅,就係個薯蓉!!
一嚟好大份,二嚟係好香牛油味。上面嘅梳打餅就咁食都好好食~都可以配上啲薯蓉嚟食~

簡單啲嚟講就係綠茶味嘅紅豆冰 不過佢入面有碎冰,增加口感

薄荷配朱古力一向都係唔會失敗嘅配搭
最鐘意就係薄荷味嘅嘢,好似可以清清嗰喉嚨咁
總括嚟講性價比都算高,又飽肚,我哋呢度其實3個人食都夠
餐廳氣氛又夠好~店員都好親切,同我哋推介菜式
Menu: 如果下次再嚟應該會試下佢個黑牛,而家冇乜餐廳有呢啲咁懷舊嘅飲品lu~
