第二次週末嚟到Thai Basil食lunch。簡單點咗三樣野:海鮮喇沙、青咖哩雞、薄餅。海鮮喇沙係翻點嘅菜式,因為呢個喇沙整體好啱我哋嘅口味。特別欣賞佢嘅蝦有分開燒好再擺入去,連蝦頭嘅膏都係好食嘅;油麵軟硬適中;仲有佢用炸頭腐而唔係豆卜,食落更加有口感。青咖哩雞方面,青咖哩唔係好辣,好適合我呢啲唔係好食得辣嘅人。個咖哩裡面嘅配菜都係好食嘅,有烤過嘅薯仔、泰式茄子、秋葵、豆角等,雞肉都嫩同埋淋。另外,點咖哩當然唔少得點埋薄餅。但係個薄餅都真係好食,酥脆,外脆內軟,淨食薄餅都一樣好食。總括來說,我哋都覺得好滿足,食到有心思嘅野食就是開心!
