契妹剛剛外遊返港,玩完「零加三」即相約晚聚解放一吓,兩口子就揀咗間可網上訂座儲分嘅樓上西餐廳「Bacchus」。餐店門面嘅金漆招牌及綠葉天花就好似一個花園咁。室內光線柔和,間隔開揚,白式牆身嘅凹凸花紋極富歐陸式風彩。兩排餐桌隔得夠開,配上嘅厚墊絨櫈舒適高雅。入座後即亮起羅曼蒂克嘅枱燈,好有氣氛。桌上擺有金色嘅自用餐具。飲品牌共有兩頁。晚市套餐及小食餐牌則以底面分中、英文版。點好菜,年輕嘅服務生隨即送上暖手窩心嘅麵包。兩款包品外脆內軟熟,最欣賞就係伴配嘅松露蜂蜜醬,芬芳潤甜。巴馬火腿沙拉卷:前菜翠綠嘅沙律清新爽脆,部份以薄薄嘅巴馬火腿包住,成功添上微咸嘅肉香,簡單可口。法式洋蔥湯:深啡色嘅洋蔥湯甜而不膩,內含嘅洋蔥軟腍甜美,湯面件芝碎多士索盡湯湯嘅精華後即變得惹味香潤,整體甚為輕盈。鵝肝義大利飯($458):主菜形似火山嘅立體碟盤十分精美!飯面大大件香煎鵝肝外脆內軟嫩,芳香濃郁。加伴香脆嘅露筍,感覺十分健康。蘋果金寶:以綠色聖誕葉點綴嘅蘋果金寶散發出節日氣息,上枱一刻已令人分外興奮!甜品外觀及口感同樣層次分明,舖面嘅蘋果薄片香甜爽口,底層嘅餅碎就脆卜卜,中間夾入清涼微甜嘅雪葩,效果清爽得
