旺角瓊華中心樓上嘅食肆都好高質,所以我都鍾意同朋友嚟呢度搵食,今日我哋就揀咗位於15樓嘅Goobne。韓國炸雞出名唔使講,但呢度係以烘烤方法來烹調雞件,所以比平時食開嘅炸雞更健康,見到餐牌嘅第一頁,我就已經決定咗揀乜嘢菜式。韓式烤雞通常都比較大份量,好彩呢度有得揀half & half,可以試兩種唔同口味,3-4人嚟食都絕對夠食。而我哋就揀咗Goobne原味烤雞+蜜糖香滑烤雞,每份烤雞仲會配埋醃蘿蔔同兩款醬料。蜜糖香滑烤雞係用蜜糖芥茉汁烤焗,每件雞嘅外層都沾滿咗蜜糖芥茉,甜甜地幾好味。而Goobne原味烤雞就係將醃製好嘅雞件直接烤焗,雖然冇加任何嘅醬料,但有時原汁原味其實更好食。只係食雞又好似dry咗啲,所以揀咗個鐵板芝士泡菜炒飯,炒飯入面有好多泡菜,而且粒粒飯都沾滿泡菜嘅汁,酸酸辣辣又爽口非常醒胃。而旁邊嘅芝士份量比我想像中多好多,而且仲有拉絲嘅效果,配埋隻靚靚太陽蛋,真係食到舔舔脷。
