🧆懷舊粵菜 #紫荊閣-🔸冬瓜盅🔸時菜炒斑球🔸叫化雞(一隻)🔸八寶鴨(半隻)🔸百鳥歸巢🔸蝦多士🔸蓮蓉壽包(半打)🔸蓮蓉西米焗布甸🔹另收加一服務費.早排同班好朋友傾開謁發現我哋識咗十幾年都未一齊食過高級酒樓,就上網搵咗幾間,有啲出名嘅想食但full booking,就book咗依間紫荊閣試吓先。懷舊粵菜聽就聽得多喇,但今次都係第一次食,首先叫咗個晚市孖寶,有冬瓜盅再自選指定小菜一款,我哋就揀咗時菜炒斑球,時菜都可以自選就揀咗西蘭花。冬瓜盅🍲好清甜好啱夏天飲,一盅夠晒我哋六個女仔每人飲咗2-3碗。而炒石斑🐟有8塊魚,都幾大舊,味道就不過不失。叫化雞即係「乞衣雞」🐔,我細細個就聽過依個名喇,食都係第一次。一出場好似一舊石咁,然後可以自己卜碎佢,打開裡面就係一隻焗雞,肚裡面仲釀咗啲雲耳、冬菇同金針,雞肉味道幾好有少少荷葉味,內饀就有少少過鹹。想試記得要早一天預訂先食到。蝦多士🦐🍞炸得幾脆,蝦都大大隻,記得配埋酸甜醬可以解少少油膩感。之後到百鳥歸巢🥙,一個炸薯仔絲砌成嘅「鳥巢」裡面放咗好多唔同材料,有鵪鶉蛋、腰果、魚粒、鮮蝦、帶子、西芹、蝦乾等等。好多款材料,都幾好味,但腰果淋咗唔脆好可惜!最後主

蝦多士🦐🍞炸得幾脆,蝦都大大隻,記得配埋酸甜醬可以解少少油膩感。之後到百鳥歸巢🥙,一個炸薯仔絲砌成嘅「鳥巢」裡面放咗好多唔同材料,有鵪鶉蛋、腰果、魚粒、鮮蝦、帶子、西芹、蝦乾等等。好多款材料,都幾好味,但腰果淋咗唔脆好可惜!最後主菜八寶鴨就有啲失望,個芡汁有啲太鹹太濃,搶咗材料嘅味道,同埋我哋都覺得好似食得冇糯米嘅粽咁好搞鬼。

最後甜品叫咗半打壽包🍑,好耐冇食蓮蓉包覺得好好味,裡面仲有蛋黃。一客蓮蓉西米焗布甸🍮,大家share,有點過甜似吉士咁,食唔出蓮蓉味,我覺得麻麻但有朋友覺得好味。原來會送糖水係陳皮紅豆沙🔴,依個反而唔甜幾好味,真係飲得出陳皮味,紅豆都有起沙。

最後想讚吓當晚服務態度非常好,招呼幾殷勤,會主動介紹菜色、主動分餸分湯、斟茶、換骨碟、收碟等等,而且我哋食完仲繼續閒聊,都冇催促我哋埋單或趕客,服務態度很好👍🏻
