慶祝BB生日,特登揀左間中環嘅高級日本餐廳食Omakase。入到店面好快就被安排左係omakase檯前坐。食Omakase其中一樣食嘅,係食服務。服務都幾周到,一開頭比齊menu同濕毛巾。揀完食咩餐,一場長達三小時嘅食飯體驗就開始啦~前菜係松葉蟹蟹膏配昆布暏哩。一坐低就有蟹蓋食,超開心!!蟹膏加埋啫哩,口感好得意~第二道都係前菜:有柚子豆腐、甜薯、芥末魷魚同海膽鵪鶉蛋。當中最欣賞係個豆腐,真係好香柚子味,一擺落口有好fresh感覺。之後有湯濕濕個口:蜆肉清湯。其他餐廳或者只會有一隻蜆,但呢道比夠3隻!清有好清甜,好味!之後就到我最鍾意食嘅刺身啦!有平政魚、池魚同拖羅。當中大拖羅真係正到震!層油好肥好香,完全做到大拖羅應有口感!平政魚同池魚都非常新鮮。掂啊!下一道係子持魷魚。入面係滑珊珊嘅..老實講唔係好慣,當自己食緊秋葵咁,不過個汁好好食,好濃好似燒汁咁。經理話呢個係季節限定,當係試吓新嘢~已經數唔清係第幾道菜:慢煮豬肩。望落已經知道好淋好食,食落有炭燒味,而且煮到好軟,真係名符其實慢煮嘅料理! 都幾有驚喜!望住師傅點蛋漿,就知道食天婦羅時間到啦!調味料有普通鹽、芥末鹽、檸檬同蘿蔔蓉。

調味料有普通鹽、芥末鹽、檸檬同蘿蔔蓉。蘿蔔蓉好好食,未開始食天婦羅,已經食咗半碟 哈哈

仲有個不得不提嘅,係金鯛魚蝦湯。淨食金鯛魚已經覺得好脆,蝦湯好濃蝦膏味!!有人怕淨食天婦羅會好乾,呢個湯簡直解決咗呢個疑慮。
