To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在 <富臨皇宮> 設宴約一百圍,十分熱鬧! 起初,我見到台上的嘉賓很面善,看清楚才知道是吳剛師傅,好驚喜! 還以為他是司儀;後來才得悉,他在這裡任職經理!據知,他已有60歲,絕對 keep 得非常好!也是當日的「師奶殺手」呢! 令她們興奮不已呀!

雞肉薄身而柔軟,花姿片有嚼勁微爽!
炸漿略為厚身,酸香醒胃!配上青燈籠椒,吸收其醬汁,食起來也惹味起來!
簡單而清一清味蕾的一道菜!來得正好!
賣相一般,可能大隻餡豐的關係,顯得整體鬆散!勝在啖啖肉又有鮮美!
蝦餃大隻爽口,夠足料,餃子皮晶瑩剔透,入口煙韌!
叉燒包包質鬆軟!未算多餡,而且不會糊口又黏牙,算是合格吧!
散發香氣,尚算乾身又入味!
主要以叉燒粒、炒蛋、蔥粒...令整體看起來色彩繽紛! 調味也合大家胃口!
散發薑的辛香,口感煙韌!剛剛夠甜!是整餐以不錯的甜品作結!
