To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由於晏晝冇得book位,SL就同女同事C, N攞咗位先,我就返公司放低嘢後,再同男同事PH過嚟。
六人枱size適中,由於我9點半至食早餐,而且都食唔晒重係飽,所以由佢哋發版,我只要求潮州粉粿。

上到枱睇,原來係大大個一個,我哋share食,cut開晒啲奶皇就流晒出嚟,嘥晒。

脆皮童子雞全隻:全隻的炸雞,外皮香脆,肉質彈牙。
雞肉肥瘦適中,味道亦不錯。

西澳洲龍蝦伊麵底可用上湯或芝士焗,今次是上湯煮,十分惹味,湯頭令伊麵更有味感又富咬口,原隻龍蝦件上,肉厚味道清鮮,無肥膩感😋
孖寶配脆皮童子雞,放滿一碟,斤兩足,雞肉烤得乾身香口,味道中和又無太多油脂,伴飯佐酒好配搭👏

一坐低就即刻叫定個冬瓜盅,聽經理講而家每日做3-4個噶咋,如果真係為冬瓜盅而去記得唔好太晏。個經理好好,可能我問咗幾次冬瓜盅,當佢聽到冬瓜盅得返一個嘅時候即刻走過嚟問我落咗單未🤣🤣
我哋就叫咗個孖寶,冬瓜盅加生炒骨$228,另外加個做緊優惠嘅片皮鴨$18,加2碗白飯夠曬2個人食。因為未齊人,佢唔幫嘅蓋住,但係隔住個蓋都聞到啲生炒骨嘅香味,就算隔咗一陣先食都仲脆,唔會腍曬。
片皮鴨都唔錯,2個人食咧個分量同咧個價錢都ok噶喇。我個人中意無咁肥,唔會一咬落去成口油嘅皮,所以咧個肥瘦程度啱曬我。不過佢啲餅皮有啲部分有少少乾,唔知係唔係因為放咗一陣嘅關係,但整體嚟講幾好食。
至於個冬瓜盅我就覺得無咩挑剔,味道適中,唔會太鹹太淡,都算多料同多肉,淨係個盅加2碗飯可能都夠食~
