To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 真係唔好意思,過嚟食嘢打擾哂,搞到我幾唔好意思,下次都唔敢幫襯。有一秒懷疑自己入咗澳牛食光速餐。真係冇生意又話冇生意,有生意有話太忙所以咁。

燒乳豬:脆皮好食,希望唔好浪費喂Siri
第一道係燒乳豬,質量算唔錯,乳豬皮夠脆,肉質細嫩。但我覺得比較浪費嘅係佢收晒啲豬頭,就倒晒落部車度,我問佢想拎返屋企,佢話一個人最多係攞一個,最初頭佢都唔俾,肯定一位同事比多兩個,所以我就見住佢將其他豬頭到晒落垃圾車度,直接白白浪費。

紅燒竹笙海皇翅湯底熬得算係有厚度,但味道就冇太大驚喜,屬於一般嘅表現。竹笙同魚翅嘅口感細緻,配料都算足夠。

蟹鉗嘅外皮炸得夠金黃酥脆,蝦膠亦算彈牙,但啲油膩感比較重,食多幾件會覺得負擔,如果可以同時有啲燈籠椒或者清爽啲嘅嘢一齊食,感覺應該會平衡好多。

魚肉質地嫩滑,火候控制得幾好,豉油同蔥油嘅調味都好到位,係當日咁多道菜的其中一個亮點。

呢度菜我諗係酒樓宴會必點的,但真係唔係間間做得好,今次真係算有水準,雞皮脆雞肉唔鞋口已經好難得。

臘味糯米飯係一道傳統宴會飯,但冇特別嘅創意。臘腸油香滲入飯中,米粒分明,但味道比較單一,食完一碟之後未必會特別記得。整體來講,係一碟穩陣但唔會令人回味嘅主食。

鮑魚本身煮得夠腍,玉掌亦帶有膠質,但蠔皇汁嘅味道過鹹,掩蓋咗食材本身嘅鮮味,令人食完有啲口渴。整體感覺食材質素唔錯,但調味嘅比例未算掌握得好,少咗驚喜嘅感覺。

結論:菜色合格,服務需提升
呢場宴會菜色雖然都係穩陣嘅傳統選擇,而且整體嚟講味道都係有水準的同埋份量都啱啱好。但更加值得一提係服務,燒乳豬嘅浪費情況令人不安,加茶水又要自己去攞,呢啲細節影響咗整體體驗。如果未來可以提升服務水平,相信會令客人有更好嘅印象。

由於晏晝冇得book位,SL就同女同事C, N攞咗位先,我就返公司放低嘢後,再同男同事PH過嚟。
六人枱size適中,由於我9點半至食早餐,而且都食唔晒重係飽,所以由佢哋發版,我只要求潮州粉粿。
而C要煎堆,我只見到南瓜煎堆,就要呢個。落完單,就嚟咗:

都唔係好熱,咩嘢法式蝦球,就只係炸蝦球,唔脆,個漿有少少唔新鮮;伊麵唔係腍晒,重有啲口感,而味道都係普通。

上到枱睇,原來係大大個一個,我哋share食,cut開晒啲奶皇就流晒出嚟,嘥晒。
食落,奶皇香滑又夠味,但包身厚。

呢個最後由我同SL share食一件,佢嘅味道唔太濃,一般;內裡就冇肉嘅。

呢個幾大個,熱騰騰,但澄麵皮好腍,五香粉唔夠所以唔多夠味,亦冇沙葛。

睇見腸粉幾薄身,蜜汁叉燒本身薄,所以感覺唔到柴皮,反而鬆軟;腸粉口感都係幾腍吓。
