To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 不知為何出餐速度可以如此之快,點餐後5分鐘左右已上菜🤣🤣 放心,炸物是熱騰騰的,皮很脆,入面蝦份量不少。
菜和蝦也很多,不錯。
有機會會帶家人來飲茶,$38 有如此質素是很難得!😚 下次一定會再叫流沙酥和蝦餃!

推薦❗️皮薄餡靚嘅蝦餃🦐蝦餃皮好薄,一咬就食到啖啖蝦肉,我無認真數一粒餃有幾多隻蝦,但每一啖都食到爽口鮮味嘅蝦仁,而且係最平嘅$38,值得嗌!
🐶帶子蒸燒賣 $38
呢個都係人人都會嗌嘅,所以都有啲期望~我覺得佢係好食嘅,但係只係正常酒樓點心程度個種好食。帶子嫩滑,但係存在感唔高,食落口其實都只會食到豬肉餡嘅味,感覺加左帶子無令粒燒賣好食左,但佢都係餡料好鮮味,好食嘅燒賣~

唔推薦🥲好普通嘅鳳爪🐓
🐶脆皮流沙酥 $38
半隻手指公咁大嘅流心奶黃酥,因為新鮮出爐,酥皮相當酥化,一咬落去就爆哂啲奶黃餡出黎,係幾正。不過食多幾啖就覺得個餡偏鹹,而且唔係鹹蛋個種鮮味嘅鹹,仲食到唔太自然嘅香精味,有啲膩。
🐶金沙脆豆腐 $48
好食❗️豆腐炸得好香口,個皮薄到入口即溶,配埋灑係上面嘅炸蒜好惹味,豆腐好嫩滑,要襯熱食哂佢!
🐶逸東小籠包 $48
皮幾薄,啲湯熱辣辣幾夠味,不過都算係正常水準,未到有驚喜嘅水平。
🐶春風得意腸粉 $48
腸粉入面包住炸蝦肉春卷,其實唔太似腸粉🤣不過都幾好食,春卷係因為被腸粉包住而淋哂,而且蝦肉填得好滿😜口感幾豐富!
🐶瑤柱海皇灌湯餃 $78
我無點食~但就咁飲個湯覺得佢無咩深度,唔似用靚料(eg 金華火腿?)煲過好耐嘅湯,唔會想飲完再飲。

至於邪惡脆皮流沙包原來好迷你 兩啖就冇左😂
饅頭外面炸至金黃香脆 裡面有鹹蛋黃流沙
流沙餡鹹香為主夾集少許甜味
但就一點都不流沙 比較杰身 有少許失望
最抵食莫過於小食類
XO醬蘿蔔糕 上枱時見色澤白曬曬以為麻麻
點知食落XO醬勁惹味 有落超薄粉漿輕輕炸過
特別脆口仲有少少鹽係面吊味 好好食
上海烤麩大大碟 醬汁香濃惹味烤麩索哂汁最正
唔計正價的叉燒 每人都係大約$130
真係太抵食啦 如果佢再extend優惠一定再去
因為疫情關係, 見到所有服務員都做足防疫措施, 另外枱與枱的距離亦很遠. 落單後, 沖了幾杯茶後便很快上菜.
三人行點了數個 $38 點心, 另外當然亦點了餐廳招牌叉燒, 的確是值得為了叉燒到此一遊, 其他 $38 點心亦偶有值得回味的. 賽後檢討一致認為午市點心有水準, 但跟晚市比較還有一點距離, 若非招牌叉燒提分, 未必會想再次登門造訪. 另外, 某部份侍應服務水平需要提升才值得米芝蓮的名銜.
