✿ 赤身 - 肉質鮮紅,口感Q彈有勁
✿ 拖羅 - 厚切的拖羅,魚油脂肪,入口即溶
✿ 蟹肉三文魚子海膽飯 - 這個不得了,蟹肉、三文魚子、海膽三款鮮甜的食材一齊食,真是令人回味無窮

燒太刀魚 - 太刀魚肉身較厚,啖啖肉之餘魚油香氣十足,燒過後就更加香氣撲鼻

此時其實經已很飽,店員會問客人是否需要加烏冬到魚中,十分貼心。魚湯呈奶白色的,十分足料,浸泡著爽甜的娃娃菜,再飽我都把整碗魚湯飲完。
我朋友就加了烏冬
