尖沙咀這間日本餐廳除了出名的鐵板燒,還有日本刺身料理!小樽漁港2人前套餐 $1088季節沙律先附水雲海藻、蟹膏豆腐、漬物,味道帶微酸,十分開胃慢煮鵝肝經慢煮後的鵝肝口感非常幼滑,煎得外層微微香脆,鵝肝既油膩感被爽口清甜的山藥中和岩手縣氣仙町生蠔生蠔海水味濃郁,肉質肥美。配上醋啫喱更加突顯鮮味精選刺身4點右口魚、拖羅、金目鯛、伊佐木薄切的右口魚配上酸汁很開胃。尤其是大拖羅,入口即化。濱燒鮑魚爽脆彈牙,鮮味十足,濱燒烹調方法簡單,能夠最大程度保留鮑魚的鮮味濱燒北寄貝店員建議連湯喝,果然值得推薦!北寄貝肉質肥美,鮮甜嫩滑,湯汁鮮甜。甲羅燒啖啖都是蟹膏及蟹子,配上脆口的蒜蓉包,兩者十分配合。鰻魚飯鰻魚十分厚肉,外層表皮帶有焦香。店員建議配上甲羅燒的蟹膏去撈飯吃,想不到頗有驚喜。
