深圳潮汕菜名店「陳鵬鵬潮汕菜館」獲獎無數,好消息,終於落腳香港,設址沙田新城市中心。剛好找到機會在非繁忙時間光顧,因為周不時排長龍的啊!睇睇餐牌,價錢非常親民,菜式地道,員工很有禮貌。金奬潮鹵拼盆 $128鵝頸、鵝肉、鵝紅、滷水蛋及魚片,清而香醇的滷水汁,並不過鹹,正合我心意。鵝頸果然好嚼,皮薄滋味。香煎鯧魚 $128榮獲香港潮州菜大賽銀獎,鯧魚經過特別處理再煎香,完全不乾身,肉質結實,香口鮮美。南澳蠔仔烙 $98道地南澳做法,選用潮汕木薯粉,用豬油煎至兩面金黃,酥脆非常但不油膩,餅底煙韌。雞汁普寧炸豆幹 $68豆腐炸至金黃香脆,外脆內嫩。潮汕七樣菜 $68潮汕傳統,健康好意頭,一次吃七款菜。蠔仔泡粥 $98特別加了方魚,味道更好,蠔仔大大隻,極度滑溜,入口爆汁,這晚我最喜歡這個粥。蜜蘭香 $10/位特別選用鳳凰單叢茶,有種特別的清香。
