同父母去大埔新街市食嘢,因為見佢海鮮推介,所以光顧。叫嘢野之前特登睇openice推介咩最好,於是吃咗四個餸,包括冷盤﹑蠔仔腐皮卷﹑蒜蓉蒸蝦﹑蝦醬通菜。冷盤:鱔片還可以,唔夠爽;生腸好食,夠爽但分量少;鮑片唔係正式鮑片;苦瓜最爽。蠔仔腐皮卷:如果係特色菜同一啲接受新嘗試既朋友,呢味菜係一讚,因為夠特別同夠味道,炸得脆,入面蠔仔同肉碎配合。但唔鍾意既,會覺得味道唔夾,同脆腐皮加汁唔匹配。蒜蓉蒸蝦:時價叫,不是帶去加工。阿爸睇見人哋枱有叫,睇落好正,叫完食落好一般,蒜蓉如果事前炸一炸,會入味,蝦唔夠鮮味,可以更好發揮。蝦醬通菜:蝦醬味太少,但可以接受。三人食,$414。
