常常覺得,港九各區的街市熟食中心都是藏寶的地方,如果為自己訂一個以熟食市場為主題的搵食遊,應該是一件很好玩的事。是日在灣仔工作,本來還在想到底去榮興吃蔥油雞好,還是去嫦記吃風沙雞好? 最後男友發辦,出發去號馬地。其實幾年前也有嚐過嫦記,念念不忘的還是那風沙雞的蒜味。結果來到目的地,面目全非,只見大大隻字寫着「銖記」,找了店內阿姐問一下,她帶點恨恨的說: 「嫦記執啦,執左兩個月,而家轉場賣點心喇~(下省N字)」,似乎對上一手有很多抱怨...下單轉了另一位大叔,感覺專業又風趣,只要你講得出想吃豬、吃牛、還是吃海鮮,他便會有如電腦一樣把菜式介紹給你。餐牌上許多勁點的菜式都要預訂,想借銖記來懷念一下吃風沙雞那時的情懷也不可以了。我們改為點原盅雞炖翅,一小盅每位$68。湯的表面有些油花,但不會很油膩。裡頭的湯料塞得滿滿的,除了雞件和魚翅,似乎別無其他,姆指長的魚翅小小的也有三梳,外形很完整,一貫的只有爽口感,卻沒有味道,想想其實下次還是純粹喝雞湯便可以了。黃金蝦有兩款選擇,要求高一點可以選鮮蝦,當日時價$25/両,炒出來一碟大概已經要$200。店內提供另一個版本,用的是雪藏貨,收$108一碟,我
