今日去跑馬地運動場做運動,順便跟朋友一起來跑馬地街市試下好出名的銖記。大概7點半到,點了金牌蒜香骨半例,炸得金黃酥脆,肉質緊實,有嚼勁;胡椒豬肚湯,濃濃的胡椒味好香啊,口龍辣辣的很過癮,豬肚有嚼勁,很脆爽的感覺;沙姜雞腳,滿滿的膠原蛋白,沙姜非常入味;清湯牛腩火鍋,還是老北京銅鍋的造型,牛腩份量很多🤭,清湯牛肉味十足,我們沒人都喝了很多碗,這點可以必點,很好吃;啫啫芥蘭,全都是芥蘭根部,蔬菜新鮮,脆脆的,清爽多汁。三個人消費400多吃得非常飽👍🏻

去完獸醫醫院探病之後食晚飯,叫咗四個菜,得風沙雞算好食,其他三個菜裡面D肉都係鬆肉粉太多。有個炒牛肉,我爸點,我忘記菜名,牛肉大大塊但係感覺古怪。另外我點既麻婆豆腐,橄欖菜四季豆,兩個菜裡面都有豬肉碎,但係已經用太多鬆肉粉肉質和味道大大受到影響,即是有時候太多鬆肉粉會令人感覺肉已經開始腐壞既感覺。四季豆其實炒得好好,有擭氣,但係原材料唔掂就係唔掂。旁邊食客想法一樣,聽到佢地話,除咗隻雞之外都好麻麻。雞 140 一份,豆腐四季豆 78 88 忘記啦。牛肉唔知道幾錢。同場好幾個生日派對,一個一圍,兩個兩圍。可能食特別安排既菜OK,但係臨時走入黎真係無咩好食。成個熟食中心晚上似乎佢最旺,其他幾個店我離開時候睇睇佢地桌上既菜都麻麻地樣子。跑馬地路過搵食可以避開熟食中心啦。

下午行山沿路由灣仔至跑馬地,三小後已經入夜六點半,見到熟食中心居然仲營業,入去一看,因太疲倦就坐低,叫咗蒜香骨,胡椒豬肚湯,蝦乾粉絲雜菜煲,砵酒煮桶蠔。味道方面算合格,蒜香骨即煮熱辣辣但肉偏瘦,砵酒煮桶蠔可以一試,冇蠔腥臭味,至於胡椒豬肚湯及蝦乾粉絲雜菜煲味道尚可。環境空曠,夠冷氣,坐得算舒服。

路過隨意吃個快午餐,店員熱情拉客招待入座,入座後才知道是銖記《豉汁蒸鯇魚》周圍望望,眼見很多食客都點了蒸魚套飯,我也趁高興點了蒸魚配是日例湯。蒸鯇魚份量不少很抵食。而且質素不錯,鯇魚鮮味,豉汁咸淡適中,難怪很多食客都點蒸魚。《叉燒炒蛋》熱辣辣上枱,蛋炒得夠滑,但蛋香不濃,叉燒普普通通,整體是可想像的味道。重點是大大份,絕對是飽肚之選。

而且,仲有一樣較為創意嘅菜係鹹蛋黃苦瓜。其實佢就係苦瓜,但係用鹹蛋黃當天婦羅皮。唔好睇佢好似唔係幾夾,又或者好簡單,其實食落去好有層次感。首先就係鬆脆嘅鹹蛋黃外皮,入邊就係琳琳地嘅苦瓜,呢仲口感真係第一次試!

總結來講,呢間絕對係一間CP值超級高嘅食肆!😍🔥🤪

難得一見的美味粵菜昨日和朋友到此聚餐 菜式一如既往般好吃風沙雞 蒜香而不搶鮮味 皮脆而不膩 雞肉鮮嫩牛油煎飽魚 牛油味令到本應無味的鮑魚變得充滿風味 酥脆的外皮配合軟軟的鮑魚 口感非常豐富黃金涼瓜 鹹蛋黃中和了涼瓜的苦味突顯其回味 令到小孩也容易入口魚翅非常足料 湯汁鮮甜 酥炸白飯魚及鮮魷 香口而脆口 又不會滿盤子也是油豉椒炒蜆 蜆肉新鮮鮮甜 醬汁不會搶過蜆肉的鮮味 反而突顯蜆肉的質素餐廳食物質素頗高 在我以往吃過的粵菜餐廳裡可以排進前五名 相信會再去多幾次

今日同家人去完石澳游完水,難得過海就搵下港島區有咩好食,聽聞依間銖記D野好得,就試下佢。見到係熟食市場,本身諗住中伏,但上到去上面又幾多人食喎。我地人唔多得三個大人,一個小朋友,叫左4款小菜(風沙雞,椒鹽鮮尤,椒鹽牛仔骨同豉椒鵝腸)隻雞D肉好滑又入味,重點係D皮同薯片一樣甘脆。鮮尤新鮮,炸漿唔厚。鵝腸無肥皂炒得夠鍋氣。牛仔骨炒得唔老好食。一句講曬(全部都好食)最後埋單仲有驚喜,全部加埋唔駛400蚊
