開心新發現,威靈頓街開了一家日式小店Gyoza AnD,點止是餃子店咁簡單,小吃亦非常出色,全部都是大部份人鍾意的 comfort food。街坊居酒屋格調,溫馨氣氛,服務態度友善,最重要是價錢親民,心水推薦!來頭不少,是日本東京過江龍、於1979年創立的老字號。除了餐牌之外,建議留意牆壁上介紹的是日精選。冲繩早摘水雲 $40新鮮水雲,酸酸地,非常嫩滑,十分開胃。親父水餃子 $52本店「餃子安」1979年的招牌,自然不能錯過。餡料有豚肉、白菜,韭菜及蝦米,皮薄餡豐富,食落爽口,與平日在香港食到的不一樣,值得一試。非常細心,提供餃子汁的黃金比例調製法,我有跟着做,效果的確唔錯!紫蘇煎餃 $78店長心水推介的紫蘇煎餃,添上了輕輕紫蘇的香氣,並不霸氣刺激,美食有新意。韭菜牛肝 $75組合唔錯,處理得很好,吃到濃郁牛肝的味道,卻又被韭菜中和,又同時互相提升,佐酒一流。蟹肉燒賣 $75見到個樣咁靚已經想食,果然啖啖蟹肉,非常足料,蟹籽卜卜脆。睇清楚個燒賣,上層大概有三份一份量是蟹肉,下面就是豚肉燒賣。AnD 擔擔撈面 $72口味柔和的擔擔麵,以自家製的辣椒油及芝麻油調味,所以見到紅色辣油以為好厲
