Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 壽司上枱,非常吸晴三文魚腩壽司,大舊肥美,三文魚鮮而夠油脂珍寶甜蝦好鮮甜,由於壽司飯都包得好好所以好夾好正鮮呑拿魚壽司,塊呑拿魚仍然都係份量十足好鮮好好味,完全冇筋,黃金蟹膏軍艦入口香到不得了,中意黃色蟹膏既要試勞蘇食雙重推介 —— 珍寶帆立貝 & 葱呑拿魚蓉珍寶帆立貝真心珍寶,長過我隻手指而好厚,非常鮮,夠晒份量令你完全感受帆立貝充滿口腔既滿足感葱呑拿魚蓉魚味非常濃,呑拿魚滿滿,好正好好味,必食然後食返隻溫泉蛋先食第二round,相對之下溫泉蛋就真係無特別
先食鰻魚蛋卷,好吸引蛋香足又豐富既口感,鰻魚汁配蛋卷好味,鰻魚如果大舊小小會更正再戰壽司,火炙芝士三文魚,上枱已經有啲凍,芝士已經硬返,火炙三文魚燒唔出油無入口即化既感覺,普通紅酒三文魚壽司,入口真係有紅酒味,但令到三文魚好似中式蒸魚咁,我普通(但聽到隔離枱話必叫!要一人三舊!)芒果花之戀,好refreshing而三文魚量好多好正三文魚籽軍艦好鮮好滿足既,大大粒好夠味蟹膏軍艦都係好似唔使錢咁大份蟹膏,正到呢壓軸必食 — 火炙明太子帆立貝壽司,再次見證佢既帆立貝係好食,好鮮又好夾明太子,火炙之後又香又好食

有枱客冇bk枱,仲遲黎過我地,佢等左陣同職員講識邊個,所以早過我地有枱,我地等左個幾兩個鐘,目擊聽哂全個過程,職員死撐話佢地一早bk左枱,咁我係米都可以黎walkin book枱呢?
