另一大紅袍特別食品就係鬼馬蝦膠,佢係油炸鬼同蝦膠組成。上面嘅蝦膠都好彈牙,而油炸鬼仲係特別抽走晒水份,就唔會一落就淋晒,好細心,口感豐富。

我們決定一連點兩個湯底,一辣一不辣,讓場內辣/非辣魔都可以大快朵頤。不辣的湯底選了
金屋藏嬌
($148),據是該店的皇牌湯底,「金屋」意指鍋中金黃色的湯底,而「嬌」則是鍋中的原隻新鮮嫩雞。湯底用上鮮熬雞湯、頂級花膠、竹笙、日日魚及松草花熬製而成,侍者建議我們在打邊爐前可以先飲湯,一試果然鮮甜濃厚。而且那雞隻超級嫩滑,真心好吃,要求侍者斬件後,甜魔媽媽忍不住吃了三數件。

四川麻辣湯鍋
($72) 就是為辣魔們選點的,那湯底味道很香很香,辣度則不算很勁。甜魔媽媽試著用它煮了牛肉及少量烏冬,覺得它不算十分川味 (花椒),反而孜然粉的香味突出,更似是小肥羊那種內蒙火鍋味。如果人多又想選點兩款湯,可以加$20雙併湯底。

($72),下圖甜魔媽媽都搞不清到底是鵝肝還是芝士餡了。兩款墨魚丸中間都足料澎湃,當中又以芝士味更為濃郁爆芯,好好吃,而另一款鵝肝味也不錯。反正丸子份量夠多,一客有12粒,甜魔媽媽不客氣每款吃了2-3粒,大滿足!

總的來說,這裡食物定價合理,份量充足、質素也不錯,比起早前吃的豪火鍋好多了。餐後店方還敬送了
