「大紅袍」開左好幾年,一直都係人氣火鍋店,今次同屋企人一齊黎試試呢到裝修好古色古香,而且座位好闊落,就算多人一齊坐都唔會覺得攰~~湯底叫左呢到招牌「金屋藏嬌」,裡面有半隻雞、花膠、竹笙同冬瓜等等,十分足料,而且建議打邊爐前先飲一啖湯,非常滋補,正!呢到牛骨髓($40)同萵筍($35)都好新鮮抵食,一定要試!呢款松露蟹肉餃($98) 真係好大粒,好特別,佢裡面全部都係蟹肉成餐飯最令人有驚喜既係呢款澳洲手打和牛,雖然外表平平無奇,企響到咬爆哂肉汗,果陣牛味超濃,一定要試 ~

打邊爐又點少得酒呀😂所以我地仲叫左2L既啤酒🍻最後會有雪糕做甜品,係一隻香港製造既Gelato,味道就一般般,不過香港製造既絕對值得支持
再提一提大家,包房係有最底消費既$3800,同埋醬油係每人$15,我地12個人每人平均食左$350

位於荃灣川龍街嘅大紅袍火鍋係我同朋友最喜歡嘅火鍋店之一,佢哋嘅金屋藏叫湯底係我哋每次必叫,首先十分足料,雞有大半隻,雞下面係墊住一大片冬瓜,再配埋竹笙蟲草花等等配料熬出湯底,實在係鮮甜無比,每個都飲到停唔到口,飲完個湯食埋雞就再落清湯打邊爐,火配料都係嗰啲嘢啦,比一般火鍋料貴少少但質素有一定保證,呢度亦有啲貴價小小嘅時令海鮮俾你選擇,今次我地叫左條象拔蚌做刺身,海鮮呢啲真係一分錢一分貨🙈🙈個個都食得好滿足😋😋

跟爸媽賀壽,祝福爸媽 福如東海 壽比南山!一家和樂,於大紅炮晚饍,火鍋精就是這樣一代傳一代的煉成的。。。我們這一家都很愛吃火鍋!大紅炮走的火鍋路線偏向中高檔次,所以對其食物的要求蠻高的,不過餐廳也沒有讓我失望。材料十足的「金屋藏嬌」湯底,先喝湯再火鍋,讓人回味無窮!過往其他火鍋店的湯底都用了味精,這個由開始到我們火鍋結束,味道保持,而且完全感覺得到它是真材實料煲燉出來的。然後來一隻份量十足、新鮮爽口的象拔蚌,口感滿滿的手切牛,彈牙爆漿的手打墨魚丸,還有吃完要再encore的炸魚皮。。。這晚吃得很滿足呢!

天氣凍約了三五知己打邊爐,一看到那個放筷子的鴨非常精美,先吃主打刺身,海膽和帶子,帶子還配上蟹膏非常夾,再來牛刺身,師傅刀工一流切得超薄,而且沒想到刺身的新鮮程度拍得上高級酒店、再來是小菜,椒鹽豆腐,皮脆內軟,不過要提醒大家一下上菜時先放一下再放入口,因為熱到辣嘴火鍋湯底非常特別,物來金屋藏嬌,金屋是指冬瓜,非常甜美,嬌是指雞,原隻上,還有專人幫忙剪件,肉質非常鮮嫩 。至於火鍋配料選了幾款牛,賣場已經好吸引,吃下去真的令人回味無窮!而其他配料方面有田雞,四寶丸等都非常新鮮,主打菜響玲簡直是秒殺,一出來就給全清了,所以另外再叫多一次紫菜響玲。總括而言,食物水準非常之高,值得一試!

除夕夜🎉🎉約左家人一齊打邊爐。見大紅袍係荃灣開咗新店,就帶家人一齊試吓😊室內裝修跟其他分店一樣,有古色古香的味道。可能係新店,假日時段都未見爆滿。湯底名為「金屋藏嬌」,雞湯肉有半隻雞,花膠,竹笙,日日魚,蟲草花及冬瓜。個湯好好飲,材料豐富。不過大家不要對個花膠抱有寄望🙄用來做湯底嘅花膠,質素係得過且過啦😬我地揀左一條細杉班切片,只係4百幾,唔算貴。雖然係細魚,但份量不少。魚味非常鮮甜。我估可能跟楊屋道街市攞魚,所以格外新鮮😂仲有白鱔同花甲都好肥味。海鮮類來説,十個讚👍🏻不過肉類就平平,我地叫左安格斯牛頸脊和羊片,太冰鮮,失左肉味。鵝腸雖然有肥,但是入口並沒有什麼油香同入口即溶嘅感覺。四寶丸亦唔算彈牙,只算係一半,不過佢係打邊爐嘅鐵腳,點都要叫佢🙄

好靚 好豪華的裝修!

必點!好清甜!配什麼都match
非常足料
2) 響鈴
上菜的時候仲好熱,真係即叫即炸,望落去都覺得係用新鮮油炸,一個字: 正!
3) 安格斯牛頸脊
雪花分佈平均,厚度剛好,肉味濃郁質素不錯!
4) 鬼馬蝦膠
其實是油炸鬼加上蝦膠而成,在湯中稍煮2分鐘就可食用,當晚最快清光!!!
