醉潮館係荃灣三坡坊入面一堆潮州打冷鋪入面既其中一間。同傳統潮州打冷鋪唔同,呢間裝修感覺古色古香咁,而且菜單都有設計過,佢有本菜單叫「本草湯目」😂入面係佢啲燉湯。呢度坐得比其他打冷鋪舒服,而且菜式都有好多新穎啲既,有興趣可以黎試下! 1⃣️金湯酸菜魚($128)入面除左魚片之外,仲有啲芽菜同辣椒粒,但係個人覺得呢個酸菜魚🐟味道比較普通,夠酸味,但係味道比較單一,而且入面既配料都比較少,通常酸菜魚入面都有薯粉,但係呢度都冇😕 2⃣️椒鹽九肚魚($88)九肚魚唔係好食到骨,炸得夠曬脆😋面頭仲有好多炸蒜。 3⃣️牙籤雞($58)呢個係比較特別既菜式。啲雞粒真係一粒粒用牙籤拮住😲面頭鋪左啲麥皮先炸,食落好脆好香口,雞肉入面仲一啲都唔乾! 4⃣️小米餃($42)細細粒一粒,外皮好煙韌,一啖一粒啱啱好😋 5⃣️鴨蛋煎蠔烙($88)食親潮州打冷我都一定會嗌蠔餅🦪個蠔餅勁脆唔油,點埋魚露或者辣椒醬食一流!而且入面既蠔仔大大粒,都幾多添! 6⃣️芥末牛仔粒($108)牛仔粒好juicy🤤面頭既芥末醬比想象中嗆鼻,食落好正,夠曬刺激,而且牛柳都炒得好入味! 7⃣️雪裏紅蝦干芥蘭煲($88)入面除左芥蘭之外,仲有啲蝦乾同埋肉

5⃣️鴨蛋煎蠔烙($88)
食親潮州打冷我都一定會嗌蠔餅🦪個蠔餅勁脆唔油,點埋魚露或者辣椒醬食一流!而且入面既蠔仔大大粒,都幾多添!
6⃣️芥末牛仔粒($108)
牛仔粒好juicy🤤面頭既芥末醬比想象中嗆鼻,食落好正,夠曬刺激,而且牛柳都炒得好入味!
7⃣️雪裏紅蝦干芥蘭煲($88)
入面除左芥蘭之外,仲有啲蝦乾同埋肉碎,成個煲咁上,撈既時候咋咋聲,好香好惹味🔥
8⃣️蜜桃咕嚕肉($78)
咕嚕肉每舊都幾大舊,啖啖肉,酸甜啱啱好,食落好開胃👍
