嚟呢間<醉潮館>食個晚飯,順便慶祝朋友生日。我哋叫咗好多個小菜,味道都唔錯!首先我哋叫咗兩個燉湯,分別有花膠螺頭燉雞同核桃蟲草鮑魚燉雞。兩個湯都好清甜,湯亦都無乜油,用料十足。我個人較為喜歡核桃蟲草鮑魚燉雞多啲,味道較香濃!椒鹽九肚魚~炸得好香脆,一咬入口啲九肚魚無滑潺潺嘅口感,亦都咬唔到魚骨,正呀👍🏻籠仔荷葉膏蟹蒸飯~一大隻蟹放喺啲飯上面,勁多膏,膏蟹亦都好新鮮,蒸飯吸哂荷葉香味之餘亦都粒粒分明,越食越想食。金湯酸菜魚~湯飲落酸酸帶啲辣,不過不失。但可惜啲魚帶泥味,影響整體嘅味道。雪裹紅蝦干芥蘭煲~翠綠嘅芥蘭,炒得啱啱好,又唔會炒得過老,好香口!加上蝦米咸香味,不錯。醉潮口水雞~微辣口水雞,食落啲雞無雪味,肉質都唔錯。辣酒煮醉螺~呢個醉螺一啲都唔辣,螺肉煮得好入味,每粒都好大粒。黃金秋葵~每一條秋葵都被啲咸蛋黃均勻地包住,咬落唔油膩,秋葵亦都炸得好乾身。真係比起平時食烚秋葵完全唔同口感,好有新鮮感🤤椒鹽鮮魷~鮮魷炸得好香脆,而且咬落都好彈牙,可惜炸粉過多,如果少返啲炸粉口感更脆!椒鹽孖寶一口方塊~裏面分別有炸豆腐同炸饅頭,夾起舊豆腐無鬆散,外脆內滑,勁好食。炸饅頭亦都

椒鹽孖寶一口方塊~裏面分別有炸豆腐同炸饅頭,夾起舊豆腐無鬆散,外脆內滑,勁好食。
炸饅頭亦都炸得啱啱好,外表金黃,配上煉奶,香甜鬆脆,勾起細個喺酒樓食炸饅頭嘅回憶🤔

呢間《醉潮館》被我譽為「炸之神」!!全部炸物都炸得好金黃,亦唔油膩,非常之好好食👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

下次一定要食埋呢間嘅潮州鹵水拼盤🤣🤣
