中環的大官廳一直在我的心水List,不過一直苦無機會,然後慢慢隨着忙碌的生活,便把它拋諸腦後。是日男友生日,為了安排慶祝,於是又想起這個地方。訂位的時候,店員詢問我們是打算試A la carte還是Brunch,我們選擇了後者。大官廳的設計中西融和,跟中環給人的感覺很像。下層偏西式,是飲酒聊天的好地方﹔上層傳統中國風濃厚,地方不大,加上樓底不高,感覺有點侷促。Brunch每位劃一盛惠$488,雖然餐牌簡簡單單只有一頁,但點心、頭盤、湯、招牌菜、主菜、飯麵和甜品等加起來也有三十多款。店方使用的餐具配搭了金屬,點心用的蒸籠簇新,整體給人感覺很新派。我們由點心開始品嚐,第一道點的還是例牌蝦餃。荀尖蝦餃皇形態不錯,摺口尚算分別,味道亦可以,但口感過於濕潤,荀粒爽口程度遠勝蝦仁,似乎有點喧賓奪主。芥末八爪魚以透明碗盛載,視覺效果跟金魚缸很相像,八爪魚仔入口的確很爽,但卻透着不尋常的辣,雖然說是芥末,但因為加入了辣油,吃起來舌頭麻麻的,反而更似川菜風味的麻辣。接下來有斑蘭流沙奶皇包,外形袖珍小巧,入口有陣陣斑蘭香,掰開水水的,雖然流心,但卻少了咸蛋黃那種獨特的鹹香,而且包身有點黏牙。如果換成如常白
