說到豉油西餐,怎可不提經典波士頓呢?餐包上的時候仍然是溫熱的,皮很香甜,包肉也不乾。要塗上厚厚一層牛油,再浸入紅湯,更加好吃!餐的紅湯鹹鹹酸酸的,湯裡有大量蔬菜及牛肉碎粒。蔬菜主要有紅蘿蔔、椰菜以及蕃茄,濃郁料多。泥狀的薯蓉不似是薯粉開出來的,夠奶油夠牛油,越邪惡越好食!田螺沒有雪味,肉質緊致,汁的鹹度不錯,混入薯蓉同吃,超級可口。火焰牛柳是一場表演,店員在客人面前點火,滿滿儀式感!牛柳鬆軟腍滑,襯著洋蔥汁,絕對大滿足!薯條之外還要加意粉,非常合拍!來多少次,都沒有失望。
