經過這間食越南粉的餐廳,門口大排長龍,望真點原來是食評人蔡瀾的店舖,所以一試。食物主要是越南牛河及一些小食等。泰國椰青&話梅青檸梳打椰青味道清甜;話梅咸酸味道解渴。蝦醬炒通心菜:通菜爽脆且翠綠,蝦醬味亦不會過咸。香芒凌波魚米紙卷:米紙裏面包著芒果肉、魚鬆、花生等,清新爽脆。香茅烤豬頸肉春卷撈檬:豬頸肉烤得香嫩,春卷炸得香脆,撈檬淋上酸甜汁後比較清爽,夏天特別開胃。牛𦟌拼牛丸湯河粉:河粉爽滑且較幼身,即使浸了一陣都不會浸到發脹,牛丸彈牙,牛𦟌有咬口,湯底更是有濃郁的牛肉香,非常鮮甜,幾乎飲到底。
