有開心事慶祝當然要食餐好!與好友相約終於試左人生第一餐omakase,非常難忘!以木為主的設計溫馨舒適,環境寧靜。選擇bar檯位置,邊食邊欣賞師傅純熟的料理技巧,後面的窗更可以望到維港夜景。除了omakase,也提供單點的menu。不過衝着omakase而來,當然要試omakase,最後選了套餐「菊」。沙津是比較少見的冰菜伴芝麻醬,冰菜十分爽脆,清新的口感十分適合作為前菜。7款刺身打頭陣的是海紅鯛食法十分特別,卷起香蔥再放上鹽板滾一滾,充分帶起魚的鮮味。針魚肉質爽口但帶微腥,師傅巧用薑蔥醬油配合魚的味道。鮫魚魚味較濃郁,火燒後帶微微焦香。鯖魚加上紫蘇葉及壽司薑,微微的酸與鯖魚獨有的味道十分配合,是我目前為止食過最特出又美味的鯖魚刺身。單單看刺身的光澤就可知道十分新鮮,池魚肥美而且充滿油脂香。較少以刺身方式食響螺片,師傅切好先拍一拍響螺,刺激肉質更爽口。銀鱈魚肉質比較軟滑,魚鮮甜味比熟食時更明顯! 刺身過後是五道壽司,店心地備上濕毛巾,食完壽司可以抺手。口感比較緊實有嚼勁,非常鮮甜。金目鯛魚皮用火槍微微烤過,多了一份甘香。第一次試鳥貝,令我有驚豔的感覺!冇諗過質感咁滑同咁鮮甜。平時比較少

似乎明白omakase吸引咁多人嘅魅力,單單望住師傅純熟嘅刀工,按食材特性或厚或薄切好,或用火灸或加香蔥將食材味道提升,然後精緻地上碟,完全係值回票價!
