To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

炸洋蔥圈可以話係一款非常經典嘅finger food。LaSerre嘅炸洋蔥圈亦係傳統經典做法，而且做得唔錯，炸漿完美包實洋蔥圈，唔會咬落去，成條洋蔥圈拉咗出嚟。洋蔥圈再點埋茄汁食，天加經典惹味。

天氣真的很悶熱，這天下午在牛頭角附近買完野後，便跟朋友來觀塘海濱吃個下午茶，乘一乘涼。下午時分來到，餐廳都有不少檯食客。點了數碟小食及飲品—黃金軟殼蝦、炸牛肋條、西班牙小辣椒，飲品則點了Mocktail 2杯。友人點的Fresh Strawberry Soda加入了石榴糖漿跟新鮮士多啤梨果肉打成；Passion Fruit Squash則較refreshing，十分適合悶熱天氣喝。黃金軟殼蝦十分香口的小食，配啤酒一流啊！咸蛋黃的份量很多，包裹整隻蝦，很不錯。炸牛肋條粉漿薄身，表面加上辣粉，十分惹味，牛肉的肉質亦腍身，只能說是佐酒要一流的小食。西班牙小辣椒這小食則較少吃到，小辣椒煎得香脆，吃進口裡原來不辣的，挺特別的。總括來說，用餐環境跟食物質素很不錯，會再光顧的。
