今日約咗朋友喺九龍城打邊爐呢到啲裝修好靚 有舊香港嘅feel呢到就主打打邊爐嘅 我地就叫咗個醉雞湯底想講下呢到啲湯真係真材實料,加上其他食材都好新鮮,打完邊爐一定要飲個湯,係超級好飲佢個煲個湯底同雞係分開上嘅 水滾咗先落雞煲咗一陣已經聞正好香嘅雞同酒味 店員有提我地啲雞要分2次落唔係啲肉會老打邊爐嘅主角當然就係牛肉,我地叫咗碟特級手切牛肉同安格斯牛肉,手切牛味夠重脂肪比例幾靚,食落好嫩囗 安格斯牛就脂肪比例再豐富啲食落會多啲油香但肉味就冇手切個款咁濃。其實兩碟都好好食,係睇你偏好食邊一種,我個人就鍾意手切牛河畔多啲丸類食品都叫咗好多,呢到啲丸全部都係新鮮手打,唔同出面啲急凍貨,食落個texture同味道真係差好遠而且呢到有好多特色丸類,我地叫咗鵝肝墨魚丸梅菜豬肉丸同火爆牛丸,我自己就特別鐘意佢個梅菜豬肉丸同火爆牛丸 不過要提下佢個火爆牛丸係麻辣嘅。唔係個個受到,我自己就覺得好過癮黑松露墨魚滑食落好滑口,而且好有鮮味同出面食開嘅都幾大分別蝦多士我都係第一次食,炸得好鬆脆好香蝦味超好食呢到啲響鈴係即叫即炸嘅 好香好脆又唔覺佢油膩我平時冇食開都覺得好好食甜品我地叫咗個糖不甩,佢係 佢整到成條

甜品我地叫咗個糖不甩,佢係 佢整到成條錦鯉咁,放落個湯正煮完再幫我地剪返開撈啲花生嚟食,佢食落個texture好香煙韌好好食 佢吸埋啲湯嘅味簡直一流
佢另外仲有送甜品,係花奶啫喱嚟
仲插咗把遮係到唔好話小朋友我自己都好鐘意
