To start, the [ dim sum platter ] and the [ chef's appetizer platter ] provide a nice mix of classic Cantonese delicacies. Their signature [ crispy duck ] and [ beef with broccoli ] are stylish takes on popular Chinese dishes in the UK. - Prawn har gau, Pork siu mai, Char siu bao, Beef meatball
首先上來的是點心拼盤,包括蝦餃、燒賣、叉燒包、牛肉球
每樣都餡料豐富,口感Q彈
店員還事先端上了調味醬盤,有豉油、XO醬、甜酸醬,很細心呢 .

第二道前菜是炸物拼盤,包括蝦多士、錦鹵雲吞、春卷
香脆的口感真的一流!
其中的蝦多士最令人印象深刻
外層鋪滿芝麻,口感香脆;裡邊充滿蝦膠,口感爽彈
沾上甜酸醬,滋味萬分!
另外,錦鹵雲吞已不是太多地方可見了,像是西餐廳的這裡卻把這道經典炸物弄得不錯

鴨肉撕成細條,炸得乾身酥脆,搭配著餐廳自家製的甜麵醬,非常美味

經典的家常菜式~
菜與肉的份量都十足
牛肉炒得入味、口感軟嫩
西蘭花口感清脆、熟度剛好,脆綠的顏色令人胃口大增~
配上Uncle Roger的大愛「Egg fried rice」😂 .
1/2 Roast chicken
想要西式一點的,這道烤雞也不錯
惹味、肉質juicy,忍不住把雞皮都吃掉!
蘸上秘製酸辣醬同吃,更滋味~
