同朋友一個月一次的食好西之夜,今次就㨂咗同辦公室距離超近的専門食熟成牛的餐廳。一入餐廳會見到有幾個酒櫃,啱曬配紅肉。行入少少就見到有個專門放熟成牛的櫃,牛肉放滿滿。今日就叫咗2個前菜2個主菜同一個甜品,兩個主菜係重量級,而前菜同甜品係超有驚喜。The Victuals Oysters - 用上南非第二出名的生蠔,本身蠔的味道已經出眾,餐廳為咗再增強同突出蠔的味道,再配生蠔的醬汁同蔥油,令生蠔的鮮味更加突出❤️Seared Foie Gras & Duck Terrine - 鵝肝煎得外脆內軟,油脂感豐富,配上酸酸甜甜的覆盆子醬做個平衡。14 Days Chicken Oil Aged 'Omaha' Beef Tongue - 呢個牛脷超級厚,大大份有兩件,係坊間少見的,同時咬落超級軟熟❤️30 Days Dry Aged 'SWIFT' Prime Striploin 300g - 第一次食熟成牛,超有驚喜。首先係個生熟道控制得好好,每一塊都係粉紅色。食落有牛的油脂香味,又食到熟成牛帶出的芝士味。The Victuals Tiramisu - 我同朋友都好鐘意呢個甜品,真係好好味。Tir
