一年一度嘅紀念日,揀左間好grand好宮廷式設計嘅餐廳慶祝😁 勁有氣氛!我地叫左 法式芝士焗生蠔(香脆煙肉),生蠔鮮味十足,而且夠大隻,配搭香脆嘅煙肉令口感變得好酥脆~另外叫左個鮮牛肉他他配燒牛骨髓 , 牛味重而且口感香滑,夾埋牛骨髓油香味豐富,超夾!香脆豬面頰肉意大利松露小雲吞,呢個簡直係超好食,每隻小雲吞都充滿松露香味,而且口感煙韌,配搭濃郁嘅黑松露忌廉汁真係食唔停口,直頭想連啲汁都飲埋~當然唔少得叫番個扒啦!我地order左個炭燒12oz安格斯西冷牛扒,香味十足,而且最有驚喜係個風琴薯,口感非常有層次感,加埋酸忌廉真係無得頂!最後仲叫左個甜品作為結尾,開心果蘋果玉桂班戟,班戟夠煙韌,玉桂味香濃,跟蘋果真係好夾!
