Van Gogh restaurant indeed surprised me so much, such a beautiful and lively place. You can enjoy lovely Van Gogh paintings even that’s just copy ones, but the environment let you indulge in arts world during dining. Waldorf chicken salad, celery, raisin and apple is so fresh. fresh yellow apple salad sauce is lovely too and not too sweet.

I like the dish decoration. Such a good appetiser before the main course, haaaa

Cauliflower cream soup and shave pressed caviar is nicee too. The soup is quite smooth with strong taste of fish. The main point of the dish is the middle, so please remember to stick before enjoying the lovely soup.

I picked Baked cod fillet Filo Pastry with creamy spinach and truffle cream. That’s really outstanding and I love the spinach sauce which intensified the taste of cod.

Crispy layer is good too.

BBQ Baked pork spare ribs with wedge having attractive outlook.

It comes with iceplant which being seasoned and cooked. It’s pretty good to eat vegetable like this instead of only playing the uncooked vegetables, haaa. Though pork ribs are a bit dry

if you not adding enough sauces. so better stick with sauces.

I ordered Sunflower Bouquet and he ordered Blueberry Kiss.

Cause I always eating blueberry haaa, so picked sunflower one. But turn out I like blueberry kisss muchh moreee, haaa, a bit sweet but too over, so enjoyable the tea, quite fresh after main dish. Blueberry kiss is made with rooibos with blueberries, cornflower blossoms. The cup and pot is very pretty too from the painting of Van Gogh, lovely purple and composition!

Sunflower bouquet is quite fresh too though not really matching my taste at that moment, haaaa, so I just exchanged with him, they having a timer to count down. When time is ready, you can enjoy your teaaa

Today dessert is Creme Brûlée, haaaa, i love it so muchhh, cause definitely it’s sweet treat

, haaa, Creme brûlée is so smooth and I like the decoration too. Adding some bubble honestly matters, bubble is so fresh and balanced the whole dish

No matter you are big fan of Van Gogh, you should come and enjoy yourself here, niceeee decoration and fine food tooooo. I got obsessed with here, the whole setting of Van Gogh stuff haaaaa, full of artistic environment!

鯛魚伴魚子醬同香檳醬，下面伴以蘆筍。
煎得外皮好香脆，肉嫩，份量啱啱好👍

U.S. Ribeye
- Grilled U.S. ribeye with arugula, vine-ripened tomato and balsamic vinegar
美國肉眼扒，叫咗medium rare，熟度同期望無咩落差～
肉質好淋，好入味。都係份量啱啱好，唔會太大。
配菜配搭得幾好，有火箭菜、車厘茄、洋蔥、芝士脆片。

臨走前仲買咗兩件蛋糕返屋企食添，唔錯，唔得閒嚟堂食嘅話都不妨買件蛋糕試吓～
