雖然已經結業,但仍然好想為呢一間充滿着藝術感嘅餐廳寫啲最後嘅感受。用餐當日係我同男朋友嘅週年紀念,當時都係店員嘅口中聽到月底結業嘅消息,有啲可惜但亦都慶幸能夠把握最後嘗試嘅機會。餐廳預先send咗Menu俾我哋,由於就嚟結業,所以套餐有七折嘅優惠。餐廳基本上統一上餐時間,同附近枱嘅客人同時享用前菜主菜等。我哋點左The Harvest,食物質素當然高,尤其喜歡前菜:章魚薄片配沙律菜,係我第一次嘗試嘅口感,好清新嘅口感,配埋旁邊綠色嘅醬汁一流!呢個套餐感覺上好似係越食越驚喜,款式多不過每樣嘅份量相對上少,味道正常未到非常特別。更令人驚艷嘅係喺呢一個咁有藝術嘅地方享用晚膳。餐盤印有梵高嘅名作,電子板上亦都播住梵高名作嘅slideshow。希望疫情過後會有更多呢一種藝術型嘅餐廳啦!

我哋點左The Harvest,食物質素當然高,尤其喜歡前菜:章魚薄片配沙律菜,係我第一次嘗試嘅口感,好清新嘅口感,配埋旁邊綠色嘅醬汁一流!呢個套餐感覺上好似係越食越驚喜,款式多不過每樣嘅份量相對上少,味道正常未到非常特別。


更令人驚艷嘅係喺呢一個咁有藝術嘅地方享用晚膳。餐盤印有梵高嘅名作,電子板上亦都播住梵高名作嘅slideshow。希望疫情過後會有更多呢一種藝術型嘅餐廳啦!

之前食咗呢間餐廳嘅lunch set, 其實佢哋都有Afternoon tea set提供,餐廳內其實好開陽,所以一邊嘆茶一邊食tea係好舒服🤗。講返個tea set...整個擺設已經好靚,頂頭嗰個係旋轉音樂盒,一放上枱已經忍唔住不停影相😅,有時候除咗食物質數外,整體賣相靚亦會加分,基本上食物portion唔係好大,但最估唔到會有其中一個點心係原隻鮑魚😮甜點比例亦唔算多,可能自己唔太好’馬卡龍’,因此甜點上扣咗少少分,如果能夠換上一啲精緻甜品例如mouse cake,水果奶凍...etc就更好。

甜點比例亦唔算多,可能自己唔太好’馬卡龍’,因此甜點上扣咗少少分,如果能夠換上一啲精緻甜品例如mouse cake,水果奶凍...etc就更好。

整體來說這個晚餐叫人失望, 食物質素(相對價錢來說)非常一般, 而最大問題是份量極少! 鮑魚只得兩三片, 而海鮮鍋中的海鮮每樣亦只有兩件…老實說, 我們吃罷完全不覺得飽
唯一賣點只是梵高風格的漂亮裝潢.試過一次後相信不會再來了

今日同朋友去左港島區搞啲嘢之後就搭咗天星小輪過海一過海就去咗1881度食西餐啦,Van Gogh喺尖沙咀廣東道巴士地鐵話咁快就到,非常之就腳。店內有很Relax的座位,裏面放了不少電子版的藝術品的。另外佢想客人很舒服咁樣食嘢,所以個細設都非常特別㗎!而Menu方面食物很多元化,今日我地就來左個梵高之夜,品嚐一下佢哋嘅招牌菜。是日麵包叫左野之後店員就送上了一籃麵包,它暖暖地再加上其他餸菜配搭,開胃之選。龍蝦意大利炒蛋配魚子醬龍蝦非常鮮甜味美,啖啖肉好開胃,所以肉質有口感之餘亦很鮮嫩,又不會樣香口膠的硬口。魚子醬再加上香濃嘅意大利炒蛋令人胃口大增,比人一股很Fresh的感覺,推介!蟹肉海參酸辣湯很特別的一道菜,用了西式的方法去煮酸辣湯。酸辣湯底非常之足料,有一大碗的。湯底又唔太酸,熱辣辣好味道。蟹肉同海參方面,味道非常之濃郁同埋鮮味,正!避風塘紙包鱸魚之後來了避風塘紙包鱸魚來品嚐,非常特別用紙包住新鮮嘅鱸魚。佢哋每一件鱸魚都非常之新鮮,加上有少少辣嘅避風塘香料,非常有特色。仲有Juisy既味道,強烈推介!XO醬炒和牛粒脆麵到另一主角出場了,佢哋用咗特製直送嘅和牛,和牛keep住嫩滑既鮮味。

整體嚟講 , 食店位置方便 , 裝修擺設富藝術感 , 食物精緻 , 打卡一流 , 而且服務亦都非常好
