好出名嘅手工意份店, 果然名不虛傳
見到menu樣樣都想食,所以就叫左tasting menu
每人290蚊,我地2個人食,有2個starter, 3份pasta, 2份dessert
先講Starter,tuna tartare嘅吞拿魚入口之後唔洗點咬就溶左,雖然唔係拖羅,但做到咁嘅口感真係好正🤤😋
吞拿魚有啲咸咸地,配埋酸菜+牛油果,味道都幾夾
而Cold cut,嗯,就係cold cuts囉🤣
有2-3款芝士同火腿咁,係幾咸嘅
但起碼唔係難食,火腿都唔韌,送酒幾好🤣
Pasta方面,我最鐘意一定係Tagliolini with Truffle,原片黑松露灑落去,大廚真係一點冇慳住,啖啖都有黑松露,而且意粉好有蛋香,比一般意粉多左啲咬口,真係一啲都唔想浪費🤤
Ravioli Carbonara一切開係流心蛋黃,勁surprise😍
個汁好有奶香,應該用咗好多忌廉、牛奶、芝士去煮,食完真係有啲滯😅
Ravioli係包左餡嘅一種意大利粉,類似我地成日叫嘅意大利雲吞,咁一睇Burrata Ravioli 嘅個名,就知ravioli中間係芝士啦,食完都係滯滯地😅
但佢有啲生嘅紅蝦係面,加埋個海鮮汁,真係好鮮味☺️
雖然食晒啲pasta之後已經飽到癲左,但不得不讚個tiramisu
一上碟,嘩!咁大杯嘅!
真係好香咖啡味,除左面頭嘅咖啡粉之外
入面嘅手指餅都浸透左好香嘅咖嘛,好正🤤
餐廳氣氛唔錯,服務亦都非常好
因為坐吧枱仲可以睇住廚師整意粉,好有趣,哈哈
