第一次來時試左平日lunch set, 好味又抵食今次weekend試下其他signature dishes cheese/yogurt迷表示碟碟都食過番尋味，一d都唔膩😋 價錢合理，環境cozy雖然要坐前台位置，但望住chef上菜都幾得意

I miss a good shish, partly because my brain associates it as a comfort food, whether as a late night snack or after a boozy episode in the earlier years, but mostly still because spiced meat is delicious in itself. Despite having spent some time in parts of the Middle East, given how culturally diverse the region is I still don’t know what makes a middle eastern dish truly authentic, but hummus, flatbread, labneh and savory marinated/spiced meat are all high on my list of yummy foods. Having been to the Middle East, I’d say Bedu did pretty well, in fact, their Hummus was better, it tastes rich and “melts in your mouth”. It’s the best I’ve had so far, perfect with their Homemade Flatbread. All the food we ordered were rich in flavor and colorful. One of my favorite was the Baked Feta, the honey complements the strong cheese taste. It’s better to make reservations, we went on a Thursday, and by 7pm, it was full.

❀ Bedu #中環 ❀❗️新派創意中東菜 總有你未見過嘅菜式❗️——————————————————一向喜歡食多國菜嘅我，今次嚟到主打現代中東菜嘅BEDU✨餐廳保留到中東菜嘅特色得嚟，配搭帶點新奇，務求以創新嘅手法呈現中東游牧飲食文化。佢哋嘅菜式幾特別㗎，食過唔少中東餐廳嘅我都冇乜見過💫。.✷𝑀𝑒𝓃𝓊✷☞ 紅菜頭薄荷乳酪Beetroot labneh $55用紅菜頭整成奪目嘅鮮紅色💕，紅菜頭味道本身清甜酸酸地，令到乳酪冇咁膩。薄荷味非常之淡，唔鍾意薄荷嘅我都接受到。口感就係稠身少少嘅乳酪。整體唔算太特別，但勝在比較罕見。味道: 4.1/5 性價比: 3.8/5.☞ 自家製薄餅Homemade flatbread $55冇理由就咁食啲乳酪，所以嗌咗碟薄餅嚟搽。一共有三塊自家製烘到外脆內鬆軟嘅薄餅🍞上碟嘅時候熱辣辣，夠香脆，的確整得唔錯，用嚟配中東醬料一流。味道: 4.1/5 性價比: 3.8/5.☞ 煙燻蜜糖烤菲達芝士 Baked feta $115有成手掌心咁大嘅原塊菲達芝士🧀！擺上鐵板到烤，配上煙燻左帶點焦糖香氣嘅蜜糖，羊奶嘅羶香同埋個醬汁嘅鹹甜非常之夾🤩！口感方面，芝士外層有少少硬脆
